At Au Vodka, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have had their security seals broken.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened Au Vodka bottles in their original gold-standard packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the seal integrity of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
